By accessing or using the OmniGCloud platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

OmniGCloud provides cloud-agnostic modernization and AI engineering services including:

• Multi-cloud infrastructure orchestration and management
• AI-powered platform engineering and automation
• Enterprise security and compliance consulting
• Cloud migration and modernization services

User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data

Data Ownership

You retain all rights, title, and interest in your data. OmniGCloud claims no ownership over your infrastructure metadata or application data. We process your data solely to provide our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will retain access to export your data for 90 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which your organization is primarily located.
